Muhammad Salih al-Khudari, a
Palestinian doctor and member of the Hamas movement. He was a representative of
the movement in Saudi Arabia between 1992 and 2009.

Born in 1938, he studied medicine at
Cairo University, from which he graduated in 1962.
He worked as a doctor in the Gaza
Strip at Al-Shifa Medical Hospital for several months, then moved to Kuwait to
work in a private medical company, then as a doctor in the Kuwaiti army.
He specialized in the field of ear,
nose and throat, and obtained a “fellowship” degree from the University of
“Edinburgh” in Britain.
After the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait
and the displacement of the Palestinians, he moved to Amman and then to Saudi
Arabia, where he worked in collecting donations for the Palestinians, with the
knowledge of the Saudi authorities, during the period he represented Hamas
there from 1992 until 2009.
