Daoud Al Zaatari (born July 7, 1958 in Hebron) is a Palestinian electrical engineer, academic, and university professor, born in Hebron, in the south of the West Bank. He held the position of President of Palestine Polytechnic University (1997-2008), President of Palestine Technical University (2008-2012), and Mayor of Hebron Municipality (2012-2017). He currently holds the position of President of Al-Zaytoonah University for Science and Technology.
