Lama Essam Sayeh
Lama Essam Sayeh was born in Qalqilya in 1975. She holds a Ph.D. in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in the United States. Her academic background is complemented by extensive professional experience in telecommunications, customer experience, digital transformation, and innovation.
She has held several leadership positions at the Palestinian Telecommunications Company and Jawwal, including Human Resources Manager, Customer Care Manager, Digital Manager, and Director of Creativity and Innovation. Through these roles, she has contributed to organizational development, customer experience enhancement, digital transformation, and the advancement of innovation within the telecommunications sector.
Lama Essam Sayeh has also participated in numerous international and local professional activities as a global judge in the fields of customer experience and digital transformation, as well as in entrepreneurship competitions. Her international engagement reflects her expertise and active contribution to professional and innovation-related communities.
