Fadi Al-Batsh (1983 - 21 April 2018), is a Palestinian scholar from Jabalia, in the Gaza Strip. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and teaches at the University of Kuala Lumpur. He has a patent for increasing the efficiency of electric power networks. He also invented a device for improving electrical power transmission. He is one of the first initiators in establishing the International Assembly of Palestinian Engineers in Malaysia. Malaysia .
