Rabie Eghbaria is a lawyer pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at Harvard Law School. He worked as a public defender and later joined the Haifa-based Adalah Legal Center, where he continues to litigate Palestinian civil and political rights cases. Eghbaria writes on a variety of topics in Palestinian affairs and Israeli law, including censorship of online speech, the legal land system, and the criminalization of Palestinian foragers. His writings have appeared in the Yale Journal of Law and Technology, the Law and Political Economy Project, and the Journal of Palestine Studies, among others. He previously served as executive editor of articles at the Harvard Human Rights Review and is currently a member of the editorial team of Jadaliyya's Palestine Page.
