Louay Mahmoud Taha Issa (born in 1954 in Gaza ) is a Palestinian politician and diplomat . He was appointed Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Mauritania in 2005,  and Ambassador to Algeria in 2014,  and Ambassador to Tajikistan since April 3, 2020, where he is the first Palestinian ambassador to Tajikistan.
