Muhammad Suleiman Musa Hijazi (born 10 April 1948 in Rafah) is a Palestinian academic and parliamentarian, who was a member of the first Palestinian Legislative Council between 1996 and 2006, after running in the 1996 Palestinian general elections for Fatah in the Rafah governorate constituency with 11,584 votes.  He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Al-Azhar University in Gaza and a member of the Palestinian National Council.
