Hussein Shehadeh Muhammad al-Sheikh (born 14 December 1960 in Ramallah) is a Palestinian politician who belongs to the Palestinian National Liberation Movement and currently serves as Chairman of the General Authority for Palestinian Civil Affairs with the rank of Minister. [1][2][ The sheikh was held captive in Israeli prisons for almost 11 years.
