Adnan Nayef Abdel Rahim Samara was born on September 15, 1941 in the village of Nisf Jbeil in the northern West Bank. He received his primary education at the nearby Beit Imrin school, and his preparatory education in the school of the village of Barqa, then he moved to study in the school of the village of Sebastia.
