Youssef Hussein Abdel Hamid Allan (February 27, 1952 in Halhul - January 18, 2001 in Dublin) is a Palestinian diplomat, appointed as the non-resident general delegate of the State of Palestine to the Republic of Ireland in 1993 and continued in the position until his death in the capital, Dublin, after a heart attack and was buried there. He was president of the General Union of Palestinian Students in Ireland.
Educational attainment
Allan holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Baghdad in Iraq, and a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from the University of Glasgow in Scotland.
