Nabil Muhammad Awad Dhamidi (born on March 1, 1959 in Hawara) is a Palestinian civil engineer who served as Minister of the Palestinian Ministry of Transport and Communications in Rami Hamdallah's first and second government.
Educational attainment
Dhamidi received his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Jordan in 1982, his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and Project Management from Pennsylvania State University in the United States in 1985, and later a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and Project Management from the University of Dundee in the United Kingdom in 1995.
Practical experience
Dhamidi was the Head of the Civil Engineering Department at An-Najah National University from 1997-1998, Dean of An-Najah Community College, then Hisham Hijjawi College of Technology, and later as Assistant to the University President and Dean of the College of Engineering. He also taught at Palestine Technical University.
