Marwan Emil Mikhail Tubasi (October 18, 1959 in Ramallah) is a politician, diplomat, and economist from the State of Palestine. He is the ambassador of the Embassy of the State of Palestine to Greece.

Tubasi studied economics and business administration at Birzeit University, graduating in 1984 with a BA. He returned in 2002 and studied a master's degree in international relations at the university.


On May 14, 2000, Tubasi was appointed Director General of the Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs and was tasked by Palestinian President Yasser Arafat with establishing the Christian Affairs Department. On May 14, 2003, Tubasi became assistant undersecretary at the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs.

On March 23, 2006, Tubasi was transferred by decision of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and appointed as its agent. On March 5, 2009, he was appointed as a member of the board of directors of the Islamic-Christian Organization for the Support of Jerusalem and the Holy Sites.

On April 11, 2010, he was appointed Governor of Tubas Governorate. On August 26, 2013, he was appointed ambassador of the State of Palestine to Greece. Since 2016, he has been the Dean of the Arab Diplomatic Corps in Greece.
