Ahmed Abdel-Majid Al-Khalidi (1945 in Jerusalem - ) is a Palestinian politician, university professor, university faculty member, lawyer and Palestinian minister.

Educational attainment
Ahmed Abdel-Majid Mubarak Al-Khalidi holds a PhD in Public Law, Political System and Constitutional Law from Cairo University since 1979.

practical life
Al-Khalidi worked as a lawyer in Nablus. He was a Professor of Law and Dean of the Faculty of Law at An-Najah National University. For several years, he was instrumental in drafting a permanent Palestinian constitution.

In March 2006, Khalidi was appointed Minister of Justice in Ismail Haniyeh's first government.
