Information
Born in Saffarin, Tulkarm, in 1954, Dr. Mohammad Mustafa is currently the Prime Minister of Palestine (2024).
He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Palestine Investment Fund (PIF). He served as Deputy Prime Minister in the fifteenth Palestinian government, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, and Minister of National Economy in the sixteenth Palestinian government.
Prior to that, Dr. Mustafa led the Fund as CEO, transforming it into a leading economic institution in Palestine, achieving outstanding financial results. He also spearheaded the launch of several leading Palestinian companies in vital and strategic sectors such as telecommunications, real estate, energy, construction resources, healthcare, and infrastructure.
Prior to that, Dr. Mustafa worked at the World Bank in Washington, D.C., as an economic reform and investment advisor in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, as CEO of the Palestinian Telecommunications Company, and as a professor at George Washington University.
