Yousef Muhammad Abdul Khaliq Allan (February 27, 1952 in Halhul - January 18, 2001 in Dublin ) was a Palestinian diplomat , who was appointed non-resident delegate general of the State of Palestine to the Republic of Ireland in 1993 and continued in the position until his death in the capital Dublin following a heart attack, where he was buried. He was the president of the General Union of Palestinian Students in Ireland.
Academic achievement
Allan holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Baghdad in Iraq, and a PhD in Electronics Engineering from the University of Glasgow in Scotland.
