Muhammad Musa Muhammad Subaih ( July 31, 1938 in Jerusalem ) is a Palestinian politician , diplomat, and ambassador . He previously served as the Permanent Representative of Palestine to the Arab League , and the Assistant Secretary-General of the League for Palestine Affairs. He currently serves as Secretary-General of the Palestinian National Council .
