Maryam Mahmoud Hassan Saleh is a Palestinian politician and parliamentarian. She served as Minister of Women's Affairs in the tenth Palestinian government. She is a member of the Palestinian Legislative Council elected in 2006 for the Hamas movement .

Maryam Saleh was born in 1953. She married the agricultural engineer Nazmi Al-Tarifi and moved with him to Mecca until she obtained her doctorate in Islamic law . She has seven children (five boys and two girls).
