Ziad Abdullah Hanna Al-Bandak (born February 1, 1960 in Amman ) is a Palestinian electrical engineer and former minister. He served as Minister of the Palestinian Ministry of Tourism in the third government of Ahmed Qurei from February 24, 2005 to March 27, 2006.  He was also appointed Minister of the Palestinian Ministry of Local Government in the first government of Salam Fayyad in the period 2007–2009.  He was appointed as an advisor to President Mahmoud Abbas for Christian affairs,  and a member of the Higher Presidential Committee for Church Affairs in Palestine . 

Academic achievement 

He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Dresden in Germany in 1985.
