Marwan Ismail Amer Jibril , known as Marwan Al-Bourini , is a Palestinian diplomat . He was the head of the Palestinian community in Spain and an advisor at the Palestinian embassy in Madrid . On May 1, 2018, he was appointed Ambassador of the State of Palestine to El Salvador .
