Rabih Tawfiq Mustafa al-Khandaqji
(Abu Khaled; May 31, 1960 – July 7, 2017) was a Palestinian politician and
general, born in the city of Tulkarm in the West Bank. He has been a member of
the Palestinian Revolutionary Council since December 2016, and governor of
Tubas since September 2013, and before that he was governor of Qalqilya.
Education and educational attainment
Rabeh Tawfiq Mustafa Al-Khandaqji
was born in the city of Tulkarm on May 31, 1960. He received his primary,
preparatory and secondary education in the schools of his city, and finished
high school in the ancient Al-Fadhiliya School in the city.
practical life
On December 4, 2016, Al-Khandakji
won the elections of the Palestinian Revolutionary Council, which was held
during the seventh conference of the Fatah movement, and became a member of it.
It continued until his death.
Death
He passed away on July 7, 2017, as a
result of an incurable disease.
His funeral took place in a military
and official funeral on July 8, 2017 in the city of Tulkarem, in which Prime
Minister Rami Hamdallah and a number of legal persons participated. He was
buried in the western cemetery in the city of Tulkarem.
