19, 1951 - ) is a Palestinian diplomat and politician. He was born in the
Palestinian city of Tulkarm. He is the Palestinian ambassador to a number of
countries in the world.

Fariz Nafeh Attia Mahdawi was born
in the city of Tulkarem in the West Bank on October 19, 1951. He received his
primary and intermediate education in the schools of his city. He received his
bachelor's degree from Beirut University in Lebanon in 1973, and his master's
degree in physical chemistry from Sindh University in Pakistan in 1980.
