Rafiq Abu Dhalfa is a Palestinian politician, born in 1951 in Gaza. He received his primary and secondary education in schools in the Gaza Strip, and his higher education in Algeria. He held the position of Palestinian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Ghana, and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps for Asia, the Middle East and the Arab Group in Ghana.

 

His period was marked by the strengthening of relations between Palestine and the Republic of Ghana. He also served as a member of the political bureau of the Palestinian Popular Struggle Front, and participated in the Washington negotiations in 1991. He is a member of the Palestinian National and Central Councils as a representative of the Popular Struggle Front. He also represented the front in the Palestinian-Palestinian reconciliation dialogues.
