Omar Al-Saleh Al-Barghouti (1894 - June 1965) was a Palestinian-Jordanian politician, writer, and author. He was a member of the Jordanian Parliament after the unity of the two banks, a member of the fourth Jordanian Senate, and Minister of Education between December 14, 1955 and December 21, 1955. He is the author of many books, books, and manuscripts. He was a member of the Palestinian Society for Oriental Sciences.

Omar Al-Saleh Al-Barghouti was born in 1894 in Jerusalem / Deir Ghassaneh. His father is Mahmoud Al-Saleh, and his mother is Safia bint Mustafa Muzher Al-Tamimiyya Al-Barghouti. He received his school education at St. George's School and the English School in Jerusalem, then Sultani School in Beirut in 1907.
He founded the Arab Secret Society against the Ottoman Empire, after which he was exiled to Ankara in 1917. He also participated in the Palestinian national movement against the British Mandate over Palestine, and as a result he was exiled to the city of Acre.
He graduated in 1924 from the Palestinian Institute of Law in Jerusalem, and worked there between 1933 and 1948.
He became a member of the fourth Jordanian parliament, and a member of the fourth Jordanian Senate after the unity of the two banks.
He held the portfolio of the Ministry of Education (Education) for several days between December 14, 1955 and December 21, 1955.

He died and was buried in Bab Al-Sahira Cemetery in Jerusalem in June 1965.
