Saad Eddin Abd al-Rahman Kharma (born 1954 in Gaza – died 16 June 2014 in the Green Line) was a Palestinian electrical engineer and politician. He was director general of the Palestinian Energy Authority, and captain of the Palestinian Engineers Syndicate in the Gaza Strip for several sessions. He was assigned to carry out the work of mayor of Gaza in 2002 and continued until February 24, 2005, when he was appointed Minister of Transport and Communications in the third government of Ahmed Qurei and continued in the position until March 27, 2006. He was a member of the Palestinian National Council from 1994-2014, and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al-Azhar University in Gaza.
