Hikmat Hashem Zaid al-Kilani (born August 9, 1945 in Silat al-Harithiyya) is a Palestinian politician who served as Minister of the Palestinian Ministry of Agriculture in the third government of Yasser Arafat, and Minister of the Ministry of Transport and Communications in the second government of Ahmed Qurei. He was also the ambassador of the Embassy of the State of Palestine to Hungary and an advisor to President Mahmoud Abbas for governorate affairs.
