Shawqi Jibril Armali (-died February 7, 2013 in Brussels) was a Palestinian Christian diplomat and politician who was the representative of the Palestine Liberation Organization to Greece, and later the State of Palestine's ambassador to Belgium and the Holy See.
his life
Armli was born to a Palestinian family from the town of Shafa Amr during the British Mandate period over Palestine. As a result of the 1948 Nakba War, the family was forced to seek refuge in Lebanon, and later he moved to France and studied law.
He held the position of representative of the Palestine Liberation Organization in Greece between 1980 and 1984, when he moved to represent the organization in Belgium after the assassination of Naim Khader, and continued until 2005.
He was appointed on May 2, 2006, as an advisor to the Palestinian President.
Achievements and Awards

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas awarded him the Order of Merit and Excellence on February 19, 2013.
