Suleiman Mahmoud Musa Taha Abu Sneina (born on June 18, 1945 in Hebron - ) is a Palestinian lawyer and lawyer who served as Minister of State in Ahmed Qurei's second government, and Minister of Detainees and Ex-Prisoners Affairs in Ismail Haniyeh's second government. He is a member of the first Palestinian Legislative Council in 1996 for the Hebron district, where he received 12,034 votes. He is a member of the Palestinian Bar Association.

In 1964, he completed his school studies in Hebron, then left for Egypt to study law at Cairo University, and in 1969 he obtained a BA.
