BA of Law, Louvain university in Belgium, PhD in International Low from university Libre de Bruxelles, joined Fateh 1967, served in Saudi Arabian representative then Arab League office; worked for a European recognition of the PLO, especially during the European Summit on 1974; was PLO representative in Brussels from 1975, representing the PLO at the European Parliament.Was assassinated by the Israeli musad in Bruxelles.
