Barakat Ahmed Barakat Al-Farra is a Palestinian politician , diplomat, and member of the Fatah movement . He served as the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Permanent Representative of Palestine to the League of Arab States between 2009 and 2014. 

His life

In 2009, he won the elections for the Fatah Revolutionary Council held during the Sixth Fatah Conference in Bethlehem and became a member of it until 2016. 

On November 17, 2009, he presented his credentials to the Egyptian President as Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Egypt.
