Asaad Abdel Moneim Saeed Asaad (born October 11, 1947 in Beit Mahsir ) is a Palestinian diplomat , who was the resident ambassador of the State of Palestine to Uzbekistan , and non-resident to Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan .  He has also been the dean of Arab ambassadors to Uzbekistan since 2011.
