Zuhair Saleh Muhammad Al-Shan (July 31, 1958 in Tulkarm ) is a Palestinian diplomat and politician . He is considered one of the most prominent Palestinian diplomats, and he is the Palestinian ambassador to a number of countries and organizations around the world. He holds a PhD in Business Administration.
His upbringing and education
Zuhair Saleh Muhammad al-Shan was born in the city of Tulkarm in the West Bank on July 31 , 1958. He received his primary, preparatory and secondary education in the schools of his city, Tulkarm . The Israeli authorities placed him under administrative detention in Tulkarm prison while he was a high school student due to his participation in political activities in the city. He obtained a master's degree in business administration from the University of Rajasthan in India , and then in 1990 he obtained a doctorate in business administration from the same university.
