Samir Abdullah Ali (born 1950 in Abu Qash ) is a Palestinian economist and lecturer who served as Minister of Planning and Minister of Labor in Salam Fayyad's first government in the period 2007–2009.  He was also Director General of the Palestine Economic Policy Research Institute for two terms between 2004 and 2007 and 2010 and 2013.
