Adnan Nayef Abdul Rahim Samara ( September 15, 1941 - ) is a Palestinian politician.

 

His upbringing 

Adnan Nayef Abdul Rahim Samara was born on September 15, 1941 in the city of Nablus to a family from the village of Nisf Jbeil near Nablus in the northern West Bank . He received his primary education at the school in the neighboring village of Beit Imrin , and his secondary education at the school in the village of Barqa , then moved to study at the school in the village of Sebastia .

Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al-Quds Open University , ( 2005 - present).
