Ibrahim Muhammad Khalil Al-Zaben is a Palestinian diplomat , who presented his credentials as Ambassador to the Embassy of the State of Palestine to Brazil on July 24, 2008. He previously served as Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Cuba, and Colombia .

On August 25, 2022, Al-Zaben received the Order of Merit, Grand Cross, from the Brazilian Military General Ministry.
