Salah al-Din Amin Musleh Salah (1914 - August 26, 2004), a Palestinian politician and leader, was born in the Palestinian city of Tulkarem. On May 22, 1951, Salah al-Din Salah was assigned the position of Mayor of Tulkarem by a decision of the Jordanian Minister of Interior, and on August 22, 1952 he was elected again to the same position, so he assumed the presidency of the municipality again from September 29, 1952 until September 29, 1955, and on September 30, 1955, Salah al-Din took over The presidency of the municipality again and continued until the date of May 22, 1957.

In the Arab-Israeli war in 1948, Salah al-Din Salah was part of the command of the Hittin Regiment in the Arab Salvation Army, accompanied by Amin Ruwiha and others. After the Nakba of Palestine in 1948, Salah participated in the establishment of the Arab Nationalists Movement.

Salah al-Din Salah was a member of the committee for the memorial of Ahmed Helmy Abdel-Baqi, as his memorial service was held in the city of Jerusalem on August 9, 1963. Among the committee, accompanied by Salah, were Amin al-Husseini, Wasfi al-Tal, Kamel Erekat, Awni Abdel Hadi, Fahmy al-Aboushi, Muhammad Abdel Rahman Khalifa, Aref al-Aref, and Akef al-Fayez.
