Mufid Yousef Muhammad Abed Rabbo (born on October 14, 1956 in Tulkarm ) is a Palestinian politician and parliamentarian . He was a member of the first Palestinian Legislative Council between 1996 and 2006. He ran in the 1996 Palestinian general elections as an independent in the Tulkarm governorate district and received 8,422 votes, He is a member of the Palestinian National Council in the Palestine Liberation Organization .
On January 29, 2006, the Central Committee of Fatah decided to dismiss him from the Fatah movement , in implementation of the decision of the movement’s Revolutionary Council on November 7, 2005 considering everyone who ran for the second Palestinian legislative elections , and did not abide by the movement’s decisions outside the ranks of the movement and its frameworks.
