A prominent Palestinian politician, agricultural engineer and academic, born in the Palestinian city of Tulkarm, he is the captain of the Palestinian Agricultural Engineers Association, and the president of the Arab Agricultural Engineers Union.

Faisal Muhammad Shreim was born in the city of Tulkarm in the West Bank on May 2, 1969. Shreim received his primary, preparatory and secondary education in the schools of his city, Tulkarm, and finished high school in 1987 at the prestigious Al-Fadiliyya School in Tulkarm.
