Born in Nablus 1870; received his primary and secondary education there, he established the first kindergarten in Nablus. In 1913, he became the president of Nablus Municipality; affiliate with the Administrative Decentralization Party; founding member of An-Najah National University; member of the Arab National Congress in Bloudan 1937; died in Nablus 1942.
