Information
Yasser Al-Qawasmi is a Palestinian residing in Qatar who has achieved notable professional success in the field of human development. He currently serves as Senior Training and Development Specialist in the Human Resources Department at Qatar University. His responsibilities include performance development, training and development initiatives, and providing human resources–related consultancy. He has worked closely with Qatar University to help identify training needs at both institutional and individual levels.
Previously, Al-Qawasmi served as Regional Sales Manager for Al-Yanas Company, which specializes in human development, and has gained extensive experience across the Gulf region. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and has more than 12 years of experience in training and development.
He also possesses strong expertise in designing, developing, and delivering training programs based on job competencies and behavioral skills, in addition to human resources skills and excellence in customer service programs across various sectors.
