Information
Ahmed Kalbouna is an administrative professional and computer lab technician with a diverse background in technology and design. He earned a diploma in Software, Databases, and Computer Networks from An-Najah Community College in Palestine, where he studied from 2002 to 2004. This strong foundation in technical studies prepared him for a series of roles at An-Najah National University. Since April 2020, Ahmed has worked there as a computer technician, graphic designer, and video producer, after previously serving as a computer technician from 2009 to 2017.
In addition to his university roles, Ahmed has been an active member of the Palestinian Forum for Photography and Exploration, where he has held the position of graphic designer and logistics coordinator since July 2015. His experience also includes work in retail, where he gained customer service and cash-handling skills as a cashier and sales representative at Palestine Super Store. He held this role in two terms, from 2007 to 2009 and again from 2010 to 2015.
Earlier in his career, Ahmed worked with Millennium Technology Company as a computer technician and technical support specialist from July 2004 to April 2006. He also volunteered with Project Hope, contributing his time and skills from February 2005 to April 2006. Ahmed’s wide-ranging experience highlights his adaptability and skill in technical support, design, and customer service.
