Maysoun Odeh (1967-) is a Palestinian entrepreneur and owner of the first radio station specializing in women's issues. She was born in Jerusalem . Her husband is Mohammed Rafiq Gangat, who was the South African ambassador to Palestine. Maysoun completed her secondary education in Jerusalem, then moved to France to join the University of Grenoble . She received a BA in Administrative Economics in 1988 from the American University in Washington . In 2018, she received an Executive Leadership Program certificate from Harvard Kennedy School.

Awda worked in the private sector when she returned to Palestine.
She joined the South African Embassy as a Media and Trade Counsellor , building a valuable network of contacts and contributing to strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries during her tenure at the Embassy.
She worked as a commercial and media officer at the South African Embassy for seven years.
I worked as an Ambassador's Advisor at the South African Embassy.
In 2004 she worked as a media consultant for PRIMEDIA in South Africa.
In 2005, she founded and managed the first English radio station in the region, Ram FM 93.6, which broadcast from Ramallah and Jerusalem. It continued for two years and then stopped due to the occupation .
In August 2009, she founded Radio Nisa FM with her husband, the leading women’s radio station in the region with the slogan “Music… Change… Success.” Today, she manages the radio’s operations. Nisa FM has received numerous awards since its founding.
