Responsible for managing the Operations Department administratively, financially, and technically, which includes (the Community Advocacy and Accountability Unit, the Awareness Raising and Community Communication Unit, and the Monitoring and Studies Unit), as well as contributing to the preparation of draft proposals for programs and projects, and working to strengthen Aman’s oversight capabilities, engaging and mobilizing community support, and networking with civil society institutions. Within all societal and institutional sectors and groups, in addition to its role in strengthening AMAN’s research capabilities, networking with institutions, research centers and educational institutions, and supervising the work of the Media Unit with regard to the work of the Operations Department.
She has held the position of Director of the Advocacy and Legal Guidance Center in AMAN since 2008, and then became Director of the Community Advocacy and Accountability Unit in 2013.
She worked at the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics during the period from 1999-2008 and has accumulated good experience in project management, implementing surveys, writing and analyzing statistical reports, where she worked as director of the Governance and Human Rights Statistics Project. She also held the position of head of the Institutional National Accounts Department, and was a member of the technical committee in a number of From statistical surveys (economic, social and geographical) .
