He has worked as a legal advisor to the Aman Foundation since 2009, and provides legal advice regarding complaints submitted to the Legal Advocacy and Guidance Center.
He worked at the Center for Democracy and Workers’ Rights for two years as a lawyer and coordinator of the law unit, and worked in the Legislative Council for ten years as a legal advisor to the Economic Committee. He currently works as an external legal advisor, lecturer and trainer for a number of official and private institutions, an expert in legislative drafting, and an activist in the field of human rights. He has many contributions. Among the published books and studies, the most important of which are: the right to information or freedom of access to information, discrimination in public employment, labor disputes and the Palestinian judiciary, the general administration of non-ministerial public institutions, a critical review of the decree-law regarding money laundering.
