Mohammed Shari'a obtained his Bachelor's degree in Engineering in 1983 from the Middle East Technical University in Ankara and a Master's degree in Business Administration in 2001 from the University of Jerusalem. He has received various training courses in management from different European and American universities and international organizations.
He has held senior managerial positions in various government ministries, non-governmental organizations, private companies, and academic institutions. Currently, he works as a full-time lecturer in the Business Administration Department of the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Jerusalem / Abu Dis. He has also previously served as the department's chairman and been a member of the college council, academic council, and has chaired several university committees. Additionally, he has worked as a part-time lecturer at Al-Quds University and has been involved in consultancy activities at universities such as Hebron University, Bethlehem University, and An-Najah National University. He also works as a trainer in various management fields and is a certified management consultant for many organizations.
He has participated in numerous local, regional, and international conferences, seminars, and workshops related to economic development in Palestine, and has organized and managed many of them. He has also served as a consultant expert in various research activities and studies in the fields of industry, development, evaluation, strategic planning, and capacity building. He has completed various training courses in different management topics, including human resource development, time management, project management, proposal writing, small business establishment and management, business communication, and production management.
His current interests lie in research, studies, consultancy, and training in various fields, in addition to his focus on higher education development.
