The
Palestine Students Association hosted the Palestinian student, M. Abdel-Razzaq
Al-Haj Saeed, who won the first place in the “Gap Green” competition in the
universities category, in the presence of the Chairman and members of the Board
of Directors of Fodern, and the participation of Dr. Shaaban Samhoud, an
academic and specialist in artificial intelligence, and a representative of
Khair Ummah Foundation, Prof. Bilal Shalabi.
Abdul
Rahman Al-Farra, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fodern, welcomed all the
attendees, expressing Fodern's pride in all the creative students, who always
prove the distinction of the Palestinian student and his ability to raise the
name of his country high.
Al-Farra
also affirmed Fodern's support for all outstanding Palestinian students, and
giving them special attention through a number of programs that will be
announced soon.
For
his part, thanked M. Haj Saeed Fodern for the good reception and hosting,
stressing his willingness to participate in all Fodern programs and his
contribution to every training effort in service of Palestinian and Arab
students.
At the end of the hosting, Fodern presented a
souvenir to Eng. Abdul Razzaq, in appreciation and pride in his outstanding
scientific efforts.

Haji Saeed won first place with his team in the “Gap Green” university category
competition, through a project aimed at early detection and management of
forest fires using artificial intelligence.
