Born in Caesarea in 1940; vice of the Islamic Resistant Movement (Hamas) in the Palestinian Legislative Council (PLC) - Nablus; he was arrested 17 times by the Israeli occupation forces; BA in Shari'a and Law from the University of Damascus - Syria; MA in Islamic studies from Al-Najah National University - Nablus; worked as a teacher in the International UNRWA schools.
