Mohsen Sameh Saeed Al-Khaderi was born in Jenin City. He is married and a proud father of four children.
Academic qualifications
He studied primary and secondary school in Jenin.
He studied for a bachelor’s degree at the Faculty of Da’wah and Fundamentals of Religion at Al-Quds University in 1987.
He obtained a master’s degree from the University of Jordan, specializing in (Interpretation and Qur’anic Sciences) in 1993.
He obtained his PhD from the University of the Holy Quran and Islamic Sciences - Sudan, specializing in (Interpretation and Quranic Sciences) in 1995 AD.
He obtained the rank of Associate Professor from An-Najah National University in 2008.
He was promoted to Professor in 2021.
Holidays
He obtained two licenses in recitation and intonation.
He obtained a license to practice Sharia law from the Office of the Chief Justice - Jordan 1989 AD.

Work experience
He worked as an imam, preacher and orator in the mosques of Jenin Governorate from 1987 to 1989.
He worked as a teacher at Zarqa Government College 1989-1990.
He worked as a part-time teacher at Al-Quds Open University from 1996 to 2006.
He has been an assistant professor at An-Najah National University since 1996.
He was appointed Head of the Department of Fundamentals of Religion from 1998-2001.
He was reappointed as Head of the Department of Usul al-Din 2016-2017.
Scientific research
He participated in writing the interpretation course at Al-Quds Open University in 2004 AD, by preparing the first unit entitled: (Interpretation and its Methods). (A peer-reviewed book).
Co-authored the Islamic Culture course at An-Najah National University (a peer-reviewed book).
He has refereed some courses at Al-Quds Open University.
He has refereed a number of scientific research papers at An-Najah National University, the Islamic University of Gaza, the Arab American University, the Sharjah University Journal of Sharia Sciences and Islamic Studies, and others.
He has refereed a number of research papers for the Encyclopedia of Thematic Interpretation in Saudi Arabia.
He has refereed some research papers for the Success Award for Humanities.
Preliminary arbitration of the eligibility of two colleagues’ research for promotion to the rank of Professor and Associate Professor.
He has judged some scientific programs for intermediate university colleges.

He participated in many university and college committees, including: the Graduate Studies Committee in the Department of Fundamentals of Religion, the Quran Recitation Committee, the College Specialization Committee, the University Social Survey Committees, the Committee for Preparing the Graduate Studies Plan for the Department of Fundamentals of Religion, the Fundamentals of Religion Doctorate Committee, etc. He worked as the Head of the Cultural Committee in the College of Sharia (2011), and he is a member of the Sincere Friend Program at An-Najah University, and a member of the Editorial Board of An-Najah University Journal for Humanities (2010-2013), a member of the An-Najah Award Committee for Humanities (2012), and (2014). He is also a member of the Editorial Board of An-Najah University Journal for Research (Humanities) 2016-2017, 2022, 2023.
Head of the Arbitration Committee for the First, Second and Third Success Competitions in Quran Memorization and Recitation, and Head of the Committee for the Second and Third Nightingale of Success Competition in Quran Recitation.

Supervision of master's and doctoral theses
He supervised dozens of master's and doctoral theses at An-Najah National University, and discussed many of them at An-Najah University, and others at the Islamic University of Gaza, Al-Quds University Abu Dis, and Hebron University.
He also supervised dozens of graduation projects at Al-Quds Open University.
Teaching
He taught various specialized courses in interpretation and Quranic sciences to graduate students, including: The Miracle of the Holy Quran, Studies in Quranic Sciences, Thematic Interpretation, Quranic Problems, Graduation and Scientific Research. He taught most of the Quran and Sunnah courses in the Department of Fundamentals of Religion to undergraduate students, including: The Miracle of the Quran, Quranic Interpretation 1, 2 and 3, Recitation and Tajweed, Prophetic Biography, Methods of Da'wah, Graduation of the Noble Hadith.
In addition to the Fundamentals of Religion courses, he teaches some courses on the use of computers in Islamic sciences at An-Najah University. He taught some courses in Hadith sciences, jurisprudence and its principles, and creed at Al-Quds Open University. He supervised a large number of graduation projects there.
Social work
He led prayers and taught voluntarily in mosques in Jenin Governorate. He presented a regular program on the Holy Quran Radio entitled: (With the Righteous). He prepared plans for teaching the Holy Quran and reciting it for some Holy Quran schools. He worked as a member of the examination committees for Quran memorizers in the local Al-Aqsa competition for three years. He participates in the tribal legal arbitration committees in many cases, and participated in a large number of seminars and public lectures.
