Ishaq Darwish (1896-1974) was a Palestinian politician born in 1896 in Jerusalem . He received his primary education in Jerusalem, and his secondary education in Beirut , and graduated from the Military College in Turkey . He is the nephew of the Mufti of Palestine, Muhammad Amin al-Husseini . 

His life

Ishaq Mustafa Darwish joined the Palestinian national movement after the British mandate over Palestine in 1920. He supported the Arab refugees, as he was a link between them and Amin al-Husseini, and moved between Iraq , Lebanon , Europe , and Egypt , as he followed various political activities in these countries. He also participated in the negotiations between the countries of Italy and Germany by taking over the Syrian file.
