Information
The young Palestinian woman, Manal Shuqair, aspired to reach international standards in the chocolate recipes she made with fillings of dried fruits and nuts.
Manal (32 years old) started making chocolate after participating in a course in Jordan specifically on chocolate making, where she found herself on this path.
After Manal graduated from the Faculty of Economics at An-Najah National University in Nablus, she aspired to own a project of her own, so her project was “Recipes for Happiness,” where she makes chocolate in various molds with distinctive shapes, then puts it in the refrigerator for a specific time until it is ready.
Several days ago, Manal obtained her own brand in the chocolate industry, and is working to expand her business to achieve greater success.
