Two teams from the Department of Construction Engineering at Palestine Technical University, Kadoorie, won first and second place at the level of the nation’s universities in the third wooden bridge championship.
The team that won first place included Maher Qarai, Qutaiba Yahya, Naji Eid, Ramma Rabaya, Haitham Tohme, and Maha Musameh. The team that won second place included Jawad Khalil, Saed Ameer, Rayan Ghanem, Majdal Abu Qadila, Lubna Abu Awad, and Maysam Abu Hantash.
Organized by the American Society of Civil Engineers, 25 teams from various universities in the country participated in the competition in the disciplines of civil, architectural and construction engineering.
